HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders $60 and over! All other U.S. order will ship for a flat rate of $8. For international rates, see below.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP? All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.
PROCESSING A RETURN? No problem. We accept U.S. returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns will be in the form of Store Credit. Once we receive your product, you will be issued an e-gift card equal to the cost of your product(s). Start a return here.
WANT TO EXCHANGE? We accept U.S. exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Please start an exchange here. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the item(s) you're sending back. We will set aside your desired exchanged product and once we receive the original item, your exchanged item will be on its way.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL? Yes. Shipping rate will be based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order. We do not accept returns on international orders. Customers are responsible for any duty fees that may be incurred by their respective country customs department.
WHAT IF A PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN? We will work to track down the missing package on your behalf. We cannot, however, take responsibility for a package that shows a confirmed delivery to the address that was provided during checkout.
