For every item sold, this collection provides school supplies to a classroom in the local community the item was delivered to.

WHY

IT'S ELEMENTARY! Our education system is mis-funded and unevenly resourced - yet our public schools lay the foundation for our culture, democracy and economy.

Even under optimal conditions, the job of a public school teacher is difficult. The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated some of the significant issues facing today’s teachers, students, and schools. Teachers are lacking adequate access to quality supplies, students are struggling with mental health, and schools are seeing declining rates of college enrollment.

With the Elementary Collection, we hope to encourage a more equitable education system. We want to give teachers across the country an opportunity to improve the lives of their students. Because their students are the next generation of thought-leaders, decision-makers, innovators, and creators.

HOW

When you purchase an item from this collection, we find a teacher in your community requesting specific school supplies for their classroom. Our nonprofit partner will ship the supplies directly to the teacher in-need. Once this is complete, we'll send you an email detailing the exact school project and classroom your purchase has supported.

For this collection, we are partnering with DonorsChoose, a nonprofit organization that allows public school teachers nationwide to request school supplies for their classrooms.

To date, teachers at 86% of public schools in America have posted a project on their site. DonorsChoose is helping students in every community have the tools they need for a great education. We are excited to partner and work with such an inspiring and impactful organization.

This collection keeps our three philanthropic promises in tact:

LOCAL 🏘

Your impact is uber-local. Proceeds directly benefit a public school in the community your order is either purchased in or delivered to.

TANGIBLE 🎯

We speak in specifics. Your purchase results in classrooms supported, not dollars raised. You'll know the exact school classroom that supplies will be given to.

TRANSPARENT 🔎

We make it easy to understand. After your purchase, at the end of the quarter, you will receive an email with details on the exact school project and teacher you supported in your community.
